Very rarely do I take the time to write a blog specifically to refute teachings from one person. I typically try to address a specific doctrine that is being taught in an overall sense rather than addressing the person who is actually teaching said doctrine.
"Rightly Dividing" in 2 Timothy 2:15 is not, then, "cutting up" but teaching the word accurately, directly, wholly and fully without falling off the road of doctrine that has been built for us by Paul into the ditch of false teaching.
Some professing Christians have been taught that God promises wealth and prosperity to those
who obey Him and, conversely, that poverty is a curse from God. The Bible, however, does not
support this so-called “prosperity gospel.”
